It’s hard to believe PrisMind is turning two. What started as a single opportunity with a hazy future has evolved so much and continues to do so as we discover newer and better ways to touch lives.
We began our journey with leadership coaching – offering premium group coaching programs from Leadership Management International.
After this we branched out into life coaching, as well as lean six sigma as well as bespoke training programs.

Over the last 2 years, we have made mistakes, and changed directions, much like any other fledgling business, but we have emerged stronger and wiser from these experiences.
There is something beautiful of being in a business where it is literally your job to help others – whether it’s in their business or their personal lives.
It is both an honour and a privilege to be granted the opportunity to do so. It is also a huge responsibility.
Growth requires vulnerability and pain. Vulnerability requires trust – a trust that we should never break. There is a beautiful quote about this by Cynthia Occelli:
“For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.”
We want to provide a safe space for that destruction and recreation. We want to support people on their journeys toward evolution.
What we aim to do is to become better everyday at helping people be better. At the end of the day it is human to have a purpose, and to dream. It is human to crave companionship and success. And it is certainly human to want stability and security.
What we mean by responsibility is that the growth is about the person and what they want, not what we want for them. Empathy has to be a core value in whatever we do.
It’s not about what we want for others: it is always first and foremost about a client.
Learning has changed. Careers have changed. Work life has changed.
We can bury our heads in the sand and insist on old and outdated ways of operating, or we can adapt and learn how to be better. We strive for the latter:
The pandemic has forced many people to focus on what’s really important. For many that involves creating new opportunities for themselves. And this will involve change and growth.
We are taking a few new exciting steps in the next year – but our overall goal will remain to help people become better in the ways we want to be better.
In the meanwhile we invite you to learn with us, grow with us and evolve with us.
Love Team PrisMind
