I would strongly urge every individual who wants to grow in their professional life (as well as their personal life) to do the EPP program. This online experience was a really fun journey in this boring lock down.

I would like to thank Shruti for being an amazing mentor. She made the online experience seamless and it takes some efforts to conduct this online. I think the facilitation was great and Shruti followed up really often, was checking up with me every now and then. She was really responsive and was always available when I needed some guidance. She was also open in sharing experiences and advising me throughout on changes I could make on a daily basis to be a better leader and excel in my work environment.

It gives me immense pleasure in recommending Shruti Ma’am for the Effective Selling Strategies program which I did few months back. Being a new born in the field of sales , I was taught how to walk by Shruti Ma’am. Interesting and dedicated sessions conducted by her have carved new skills and ideas for me. Her classes give a more practical approach than theoretical. These sessions have given me a chance to learn by applying the concepts. I had a good fortune to have facilitator in Mira Saraf who has been a great mix of challenge and connect. Apart from being a coach for AIE, her experience in EPP and other advanced programs from LMI is an added advantage. She is a very kind person, but particular and disciplined. Very organised and structured, she does her back end work perfectly so that the actual session is seamless. I personally can vouch for Mira and her pedagogy in case one is enrolling for AIE and other programs from LMI.

I have received coaching sessions from Ms. Mira in past few weeks. I must admit, these sessions have helped me immensely by me having a guided approach to problem solving.
